unit includes the following:
hydraulically-activated, tipping grizzly section, feed
hopper, flat bottom steel drag slat feeder, gathering
conveyor, metal detection device, 4'x14' single-deck
inclined sizing/scalping screen, large underscreen hopper,
Model 40 impact mill. All components are mounted on
a single portable chassis with: steel
"picking" platform with handrails, start/stop
push button station and ladder to ground, hydraulic pump
and reservoir for grizzly tip operation, steel bulkhead in
front of feed hopper, landing jacks with "large
footprint" steel landing pads, dual axle running gear
with air brakes, lights (stop, turn and running) and mud
flaps, standard fifth wheel pin, mine type "G"
power cable hard wired from motors to starters in
weather-resistant power distribution panel which is
mounted on the unit chassis. |
