system can use wood residue, agricultural fibers, crumb
rubber, plastics or a combination of all to press into molds
for the automotive industry, cabinets, roof tiles, doors,
molding or boards. The first press produces the molded
core that is ready for finishes of PVC or wood veneer. The system produces
high-quality products that are paintable, fireproof,
waterproof and UV resistant. Customized molds can be
purchased from the manufacturer. Molds are
interchangeable and a variety of products can be produced in
one location. This system produces high quality
products with a low start-up investment. Low-energy
