This is a complete wire chopping system. It was used
for ACSR (aluminum conductors steel reinforced) in a zinc
processing plant. The production rate is up to 40,000
lbs. per day of ACSR. It comes complete with a
Triple/S primary granulator, Triple/S secondary granulator,
Eriez crossbelt magnet, Triple/S vibratory screen, with
three total Universal bucket elevators. The line goes
on to two Triple/S vibratory feeders, two Eriez Hi-Vi
feeders, a Triple/S air/vibratory separator, and ends with a
How Richardson bagger scale and a How Richardson bag sewing
unit. This system also includes two dust
collector/cyclones, conveyors, electric starters for motors,
and various parts, blades, etc. This system was
well-maintained and could be back in service in a very short
time. |
