This complete wire chopping line can process 500-800 lbs.
per hour and includes one 25-hp heavy-duty granulator with
three screens (one for telephone wire, one for Romex/Thhn,
one for larger gauge wire); one separation system with full
dust hood; two air filters; two stainless steel deck covers
(for separation system); one air conveyor system complete
with fan, motor, cyclone, 3" steel conduit & flex conduit at
joints; one industrial dust collection with two 5-30 micron
bags; one diamond plate finish platform with outrigger style
levelers and heavy-duty casters for moving; one set of spare
parts including blades, filters, hardware, etc. All of
the cutting chambers have the patented cross-cut action that
reduces the need for excessive horsepower and speeds up the
size reduction process. The result is less horsepower
and more capacity. |
