The system includes: rare earth 7" diameter rotor encased within an extra wide shell, low profile two-pulley design, magnet assembly protected by an 11-gauge 304 stainless steel patented enclosure, rotor assembly also includes a replaceable fiberglass outer shell with wear-resistant ceramic tile covering in a staggered pattern, rugged polyester shell heads on rotor assembly, heavy-duty self-aligning oversized rotor bearings, 48" wide Nitrile belt with thermo-welded PVC T-cleats and side walls, for material containment, 304 stainless steel cowling with adjustable and replaceable neoprene side skirting, conveyor drive - 3-hp gear motor, 230-460 V/3PH/50Hz, V-belt drive - 10-hp motor for rotor, 230-460/3PH/60Hz, belt speed fixed at 411 FPM, and 16" support legs below frame. The system was only used for nine months and is currently crated and is ready for shipping. |
