This granulator system is small and compact. It has
only a 33-square-feet space requirement and an assembled
height of 10'. This unit will process even the finest
of computer wire, including the flat ribbon wire found on
the back of CD-ROM drives. It will process up to 475
pounds of wire an hour. You can put "birds nests" of
wire in at one time. the system includes: Rotex
G400/400 cutting mill, 30-hp three-phase power, 900 rpm
driving speed, 11.8" diameter rotor, 15.5" length rotor,
three rotor knives, two stator knives, 19"-diameter screen,
standard noise control equipment; separation table; dry
sorting table TS500. .5 power, 1.7 blower, 600x1000mm screen
surface; waste air filter; industrial dust collector. |
