| This
skid-mounted thermal recovery system is capable of
processing up to 3000 metric tons per month of diesel
oil-based mud drill cuttings. When processing
contaminated soils, production can be as high as 8,000 to
10,000 metric tons per month, depending upon the moisture
content. This system consists of the following:
feed system with 25-hp VFD controlled feeder screw, dryer
with four 5MM BTU/hr. burners, vapor recovery system,
oxidation system, water treatment system, and control house.
Utilities needed by the system are water, electrical power
of 500KW @ 0.8 P.F. and air at 150 ACFM @ 100 psi minimum.
The area needed for processing is approximately 100 ft. x 90
ft. not including space for raw storage or processed
