The WSM Model 1662HT grinder is sized and configured to reduce pallets, pallet boards, plywood, 4x4 and other dimensional lumber to a 2" minus product, at a capacity of 3,000-4,000 lbs. per hour. This model features a 16"-diameter rotor assembly, 62" wide feed hopper and hydraulic ram mechanism. Construction features include heavy-welded steel frame and hopper, precision-machined rotor with four-way hardened steel cutter teeth and oversized shaft & bearings, reversible hardened-steel anvils, 75-hp shaft-mounted gear reducer with 75-hp drive motor (TEFC enclosure) and ram feed mechanism with hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic power unit with 10-hp (TEFC enclosure) and fluid coupling for torque control. Other features: electrical control package, flat-to-incline magnetic belt conveyor, and pneumatic system for truck/trailer loading.
