This unit is a Jay Bee Model 5W
hammermill powered by a 75-hp/3600 rpm three-phase electric
motor. It has a throat opening of 26"x12" and includes
a 3/8" screen. 60 hammers on six rods, hammers are
3/8" thick. Can process 10-20 tons per hour depending
on product. barely used and in good working condition.
Was used to grind woodchips to a 3/8" product. |
